Exchanges
• Items must be exchanged within 2 days of receiving the original order.
• Items must be in new, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged condition.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.
• Availability of an exchange item is not guaranteed.
• No exchange is allowed for sale items, accessories, socks, or footwear.
Returns
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in new, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged condition.
• A video of unpacking the product must be sent.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• If the order drops below the Free Shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
• No returns are allowed for sale items, accessories, socks, or footwears.
Exceptions
Washed, used, or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
