We ship to all serviceable locations within India.
Available shipping options and carriers (e.g., Bluedart, Delhivery, India Post) will be displayed at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
COD is available for selected pin codes within India.
All COD orders must be confirmed via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
If we are unable to reach you or if confirmation is not received within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.
Advance shipping charges are required for COD orders. Dispatch will occur only after confirmation.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.
Charges will be visible during checkout before payment.
Any customs duties or taxes for international shipments (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3 to 10 business days from dispatch.
Delivery time depends on your location and courier performance.
Delays caused by courier issues, natural calamities, or regional disruptions are beyond our control.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier partner.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the courier’s site.
We do not currently ship to areas marked unserviceable by our delivery partners.
If a product has specific shipping restrictions (e.g., weight, remote area surcharge), it will be mentioned on the product page.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability or warehouse location.
You will receive separate tracking links for each shipment if applicable.
A shipment may be marked undeliverable if:
The address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
The customer refuses delivery.
The package is not collected from the local delivery hub within the carrier’s holding period.
In such cases:
We will attempt to contact you for resolution.
Re-shipping charges may apply.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of shipping and handling fees.
